To change your payment method for your investment:
On iOS:
- On the Portfolio screen under “Waiting on Payment,” tap on the investment that you’d like to change the payment method for
- Tap on the icon next to the company and Round Name
- Tap “Change Payment Method”
- Choose a new payment method
- Follow the instructions for the new payment method
You may change the payment method to USDC, ACH, or Wire Transfer on iOS.
On Web:
- On the Portfolio screen under “Waiting on Payment,” click on the investment that you’d like to change the payment method for
- Click on the icon next to Wire Instructions
- Click “Change payment method”
- Choose a new payment method
- Follow the instructions for the new payment method
You may change the payment method from Wire Transfer to ACH on Web.
If you have chosen ACH as the original payment method, you will not be able to change the payment method, as the funding has already been initiated.
