Sending a payment

To send a payment:

  1. Tap or click the Balance tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the home screen
  2. Tap or click “Send a payment”
  3. Enter the recipient’s name, not the bank name.
  4. Choose to send an ACH Payment or Wire Transfer
  5. Enter the amount and any optional memo that you’d like to be shown to the recipient 
  6. Enter the full beneficiary name. This may be the same as the recipient name.
  7. Enter the recipient’s routing number, account number, and beneficiary address. The address should belong to the recipient, not the bank.
  8. Enter any optional notes for yourself about the payment. These details won’t be shown to the recipient.
  9. Review your payment details and confirm

We support payments via ACH and Wire Transfer. ACH payments take 1-3 business days to complete and Wire Transfers take up to 1 business day to complete. Payment details are stored, so you never have to re-enter details for a previous recipient.
