Linking or switching an external bank account

To link a bank account, or change the bank account that is currently linked on your account: 

On iOS:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Tap “Bank Accounts & Wallets”
  3. Tap on your linked bank account under “Bank” or hit “Add New Bank”
  4. Find your banking provider and follow the instructions to enter account details

On Web:

  1. Tap the settings icon on the left navigation bar of your screen
  2. Tap “Bank Accounts”
  3. Tap on your linked bank account under “Bank Account” or hit “Switch Bank Account”

Note: We use Plaid to authenticate bank information. All data is stored securely and will never be shared.
